Favorite Fish Salad |

2 cups cooked, flaked Florida fish
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped Florida celery
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise Florida leaf lettuce

Step 1: Gently combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Step 2: Serve on leaf lettuce. 4 servings.
