Florida Vegetable Recipe
Corn Chowder

sweet corn |

onion, minced |
10 ounces |
bacon, minced |
8 ounces |
heavy cream |
22 ounces |
chicken stock |

salt and pepper |

Preparation |
Cut corn off of ears. Sauté the bacon and onion until translucent. Add corn and cream. Cook until cream is reduced by half. Add chicken stock. Cook 15 minutes, then pureé‚ and serve. Add salt and pepper to taste.
