The Florida Market Bulletin provides the state's agricultural community with regular access to a statewide advertising forum.
Small farmers, who otherwise could not afford statewide exposure, are able to advertise to buy or sell agriculture-related items at no cost.
Items include: agricultural machinery; aquaculture; bees and equipment; poultry, fowl and eggs; cattle; rabbits; farm harvest products; seeds, plants and trees, and more.
The Florida Market Bulletin agricultural classified ads are posted online at the beginning of each month.
The Florida Market Bulletin provides the state’s agricultural community with regular access to a statewide advertising forum. Advertising rules and guidelines have been established for the Market Bulletin in order to comply with regulations enforced by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and to maintain the objectives of the Market Bulletin. The Market Bulletin does not publish commercial or display ads. All items offered for sale must have been produced or used on the seller’s property.
The editorial staff reserves the right to revise or reject any ad and determine exceptions to the rules and regulations. Contents of Florida Market Bulletin ads cannot be warranted. The Florida Market Bulletin assumes no responsibility for any transactions resulting from published advertisements. Advertisers found to be misrepresenting facts or behaving irresponsibly toward legitimate claims of buyer dissatisfaction will be barred from advertising in the Florida Market Bulletin and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
Many ads require signed statements or permit numbers. Ads that do not meet applicable rules will not be published.
