Baked Grouper in Parmesan Cream



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place fillets in a single layer in a well greased baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Spread sour cream mixture over tops of fillets. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley and serve.
