State Farmers' Markets
An online cookbook featuring recipes with commodities handled by Florida's State Farmers' Markets
Pickled Coleslaw

2 - 3 lbs. shredded cabbage
1 bell pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped 
1/2 cup oil
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 T salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine and boil the liquid and dry ingredients for two minutes. Pour over cabbage, bell pepper and onion mixture, cover and refrigerate. It will keep for three weeks.
