Clams with Angel Hair Pasta .

2 tablespoons olive oil pound cooked angel hair or spaghetti pasta
cup Florida green onions, sliced 1 tablespoon Florida lime juice
2 teaspoons Florida garlic, chopped cup fresh chopped Florida cilantro
2 pounds Florida hard clams teaspoon black pepper
cup Florida tomatoes, chopped   salt to taste
cup white wine  

Hear olive oil in a large skillet. When hot, add greens onion and garlic. Cook until onions are limp (2-3 minutes). Add clams, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook until clams open 5-6 minutes, depending on size of clams. Add pasta and remaining seasonings. Serve hot.

Yield: 4 servings
