Red Hot Oysters hot oysters

36 Florida oysters in the shell

3 ounces of hot pepper sauce

Wash oysters thoroughly. Shuck and place oysters on deep half of shell; remove any remaining shell particles. Arrange oysters on baking sheet and top with teaspoon of sauce. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges begin to curl.
