Roasted Sweet Corn on the Cob sweet corn

8 ears Florida sweet corn
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Soak corn for approximately 30 minutes cold water. Remove from water and shuck corn husks without separating from cob, remove the silks, and brush the with the corn with the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace the husks over the corn and grill over medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
