The "Win A Florida Vacation!" Contest begins on February 10, 2003. Entries must be postmarked by June 2, 2003. The drawing for prizes will be held no later than June 18, 2003. This contest is open to applicants who are 18 years of age or older. The sponsors of this promotion are the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, VISIT FLORIDA, Southwest Airlines and the Adam's Mark Orlando ­ Florida Mall. TO ENTER: Complete an official entry form and mail to Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services or log on to florida-agriculture.com at "Win a Florida Vacation!" Entries must be properly completed and postmarked by June 2, 2003 (One entry per family per day allowed). The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, undeliverable, postage due, stolen, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become property of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Winners will be notified by certified mail using information on the entry form. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Each package to include round trip air transportation for two people served by Southwest Airlines between major commercial airport and nearest the winner's home to Orlando, Florida; four night resort accommodations for two at the Adam's Mark Orlando ­ Florida Mall and five days rental car usage (time and mileage only) in the Orlando, Florida area provided by VISIT FLORIDA. The winner must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. Persons under 25 will be required to pay under age fees to the rental car agency. Valid for one year from the end of the promotion. Blackout dates may apply. Redemption instructions will accompany certificates. Liability is limited to the cash value of the package. Vacation only to be used for this promotional opportunity. Certificates will be mailed 3 - 6 weeks after all follow-up has been received by VISIT FLORIDA. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. ELIGIBILTY: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to redeem prizes. Winners must have a valid social security or tax identification number. Winners will be required to show proof of eligibility. Employees of The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, VISIT FLORIDA, the Adam's Mark Orlando ­ Florida Mall, Southwest Airlines and participating stores, and any agencies involved in this promotion, or the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" includes spouses, parents, and children. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs, and likenesses in future promotions and publicity without future compensation, except where prohibited. MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. State, federal and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. Participants need not be present to win.
