Florida Fruit Recipe

Watermelon and Seared Tuna

Ingredients  
1/4 cup watermelon, diced
4 ounces tuna, seared and cut into small slices
1 ounce pickled ginger, minced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
  salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation
Sear tuna in a medium sauté pan to taste. Place all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Serve chilled in a martini glass.
