Florida Meat Recipe

Barbecue Sauce

Amount Ingredient
1 quart apple cider vinegar
1 stick butter
1 cup dark brown sugar (or 2/3 cup dark molasses)
10 ounces ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1 medium onion, pulverized
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 fresh lemon, juice of
½ cup kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1 teaspoon red chili, ground

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Brush onto pork or other meat over low fire on grill. Yield 32 servings.
