Easter Ham

9-pound fully cooked Florida ham, bone-in |

1/4 cup |
Dijon mustard |
1 cup |
firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 20-ounce can |
pineapple slices in juice |

maraschino cherries and juice |

Preparation |
Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Insert cloves into ham. Place ham in an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan. Combine mustard, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of the pineapple juice, and one tablespoon of the cherry juice; spoon mixture evenly over ham. Securing with wooden picks, arrange pineapple slices and cherries over ham. Cover ham with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour. While baking, baste ham periodically with pan juices. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
