Chicken Salad with Oranges

large roasting chicken (3 pounds or larger) |
1 cup |
seedless green grapes, quartered |
1 1/2 cups |
sectioned oranges |
1 teaspoon |
Italian seasoning |
1/2 cup |
mayonnaise |
3/4 cup |
sour cream |
1 teaspoon |
salt |

Preparation |
Cook chicken until tender, remove bones and set meat in refrigerator overnight. The day of serving, mix chicken with all other ingredients and refrigerate. Excellent served with sliced tomatoes and onion.
