Florida Seafood Recipe
Snappy Shrimp

Ingredients |

2-3 |
garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon |
salt |
1/2 cup |
butter |
2 teaspoons |
sherry |
1 teaspoon |
dried chives |
1 pound |
shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 tablespoon |
grated Parmesan cheese |

sourdough bread or rolls |

Preparation |
|
In a medium skillet, saute garlic in butter until tender. Add shrimp and chives and saute 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer translucent in the center. Add salt and sherry; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp mixture. Serve warm with bread or rolls.
Yield
3-4 entrees or 6 appetizer servings
