Florida Seafood Recipe

Fisherman's Choice

1 1/2 pounds mullet fillets (alternatives: Spanish mackerel or bluefish)
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
8 slices French bread
8 slices tomato
Cut fillets into 6 servings. Combine oil and garlic. Brush fillets with oil mixture; place on broiler pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Broil 5 to 6 inches from source of heat until fish flakes easily. Serve on French bread with lettuce and tomatoes.
