Festive Crab Spread

Ingredients |

1 cup |
blue crab meat |
1 |
egg, beaten |
1 |
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon |
milk |
2 teaspoons |
Worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons |
green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons |
toasted slivered almonds |

assorted crackers |

Preparation |
|
Remove any remaining shell or cartilage from crab meat. In mixing bowl, combine egg, cream cheese, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add crab meat and onions; blend well. Turn mixture into an 8-inch, glass pie plate. Top with toasted almonds. Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with crackers.
