Florida Seafood Recipe

Spectacular Shrimp Spread

Ingredients  
1/2 pound rock shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
1 13-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  assorted crackers
 
Preparation  

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Finely chop rock shrimp and artichoke hearts. Mix shrimp, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings well. Place mixture in a 9-inch pie plate or 1-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
