Shrimp and Fennel Salad(Photo Below)

cooked royal red shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1/2 cup |
sour cream |
1/4 cup |
fennel, chopped fine |
2 tablespoons |
fresh dill, chopped |
1 tablespoon |
lime juice |
1 teaspoon |
Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon |
lime peel, finely shredded |
1/4 teaspoon |
salt |
1/4 teaspoon |
black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon |
hot pepper sauce |

Preparation |

Chop shrimp into bite-size pieces. Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Serve on salad greens.
