Florida Seafood Recipe
Simply Delicious Pan-Seared Tuna

Ingredients |

2 |
1-inch yellowfin tuna steaks, approximately 1 1/4 pound each |
2 tablespoons |
olive oil |
|
sea salt to taste |
|
coarse pepper to taste |
|
sesame seeds |
|
wasabi for dip |
|
soy sauce for dip |
|
Preparation |
Rub tuna steaks with olive oil. Salt and pepper steaks then on sprinkle sesame seeds. Brown tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on both sides, being careful to not overcook. Serve wasabi and soy sauce on the side as dipping sauces.
