Florida Seafood Recipe

Florida Baked Flounder

Ingredients  
2 pounds fillet of Florida flounder
1 tablespoon Florida lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
6 ounces Swiss cheese, finely diced
2 Florida green onions, chopped
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
 
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place skinless fillets evenly in a baking dish. Pour lemon juice on fillets and spread with sour cream. Cover with cheese, onion, and bread crumbs. Salt and pepper fillets, then dot with butter. Bake for 35 minutes.
