Florida Seafood Recipe

Shrimp St. George

1 1/2 pounds pink shrimp
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white peppers
3 tablespoons vegetable oil


Peel and devein shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels and set aside. Combine paprika, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Coat shrimp with seasoning mix. Heat vegetable oil to medium-high in a large skillet. Place seasoned shrimp in the hot oil in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes, and then turn each shrimp. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and stir. Serve immediately.
