Florida Seafood Recipe

Shrimp Pronto

1/4 cup butter
1 3-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high. Add mushrooms, pepper, celery and onion; cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp and pepper sauce and cook until shrimp are opaque in the center. Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
