grapefruit juice |

Preparation
Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, onions, garlic, cilantro, hot sauce, grapefruit juice, salt and pepper in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut open the rolls and place the romaine lettuce, radishes, and cheese. Top with shrimp and avocado and serve as sandwiches.
