Ingredients |

olive oil |

grouper cut into 1/2-pound filets |

salt to taste |
|
pepper to taste |
|
Italian seasoning to taste |

fresh lemon |
1/2 cup |
goat cheese |
1/2 cup |
bruschetta |

Preparation
Heat olive oil in skillet. Pat grouper dry with paper towels. Season grouper with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning; place filets in heated oil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, searing until very brown. Turn grouper over and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over filets. Cover filets with goat cheese and bruschetta. Place lid on skillet for 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.
