Florida Seafood Recipe
Buttery Baked Florida Grouper

Ingredients |

4 tablespoons |
butter, melted and divided |
2 tablespoons |
fresh lemon juice |
4 6 ounce |
grouper fillets |

salt and pepper to taste |
3 tablespoons |
mayonnaise |
1/2 cup |
saltine cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup |
slivered almonds, toasted |

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine 1 tablespoon melted butter and lemon juice in a 13x9 baking dish. Arrange fillets in dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise evenly over top of fillets. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons melted butter and almonds; sprinkle over fillets. Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
