Combine oregano, basil, and paprika; set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil to pan. Add onion; sauté 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, 5 minced garlic cloves, bay leaf, and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes or until thick, remove from heat; discard bay leaf. Melt butter in skillet; add 2 minced garlic cloves and shrimp. Sauté shrimp for two minutes; set pan aside. Top pizza dough with tomato mixture, oregano mixture, then cheese. Top with shrimp and garlic butter mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes, until crust is lightly browned. Sprinkle with parsley.
