Florida Seafood Recipe

Gulf Shrimp and Grits

1 cup grits, cooked
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  garlic salt to taste
  pepper to taste
2 sticks butter
2 cups spring green onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic cloves, minced
1 pint tomatoes, cut
1/2 cup sour cream
  fresh Florida basil to taste

Cook grits; keep warm.  Grill salt and peppered shrimp; set aside.  Melt 2 sticks of butter in sauce pan over medium heat; add onions.  Cook onions for 5 minutes until translucent.  Add garlic, tomatoes, sour cream and basil; cook until tomatoes are heated well.  Add shrimp to mixture; if sauce needs to be creamier, add a little butter or cream.
