Florida Vegetable Recipe

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients  
2 pounds red-skinned new potatoes
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
  salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 
Preparation
Cut potatoes in half. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes until evenly coated. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a 425-degree F oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft to the touch and golden brown.

Look for "Fresh from Florida" ingredients at your grocery store.
