Florida Vegetable Recipe
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

2 pounds |
red-skinned new potatoes |
1 tablespoon |
garlic, minced |
3 tablespoons |
olive oil |
1 tablespoon |
fresh rosemary, chopped |
1 teaspoon |
paprika |

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |

Preparation |
Cut potatoes in half. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes until evenly coated. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a 425-degree F oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft to the touch and golden brown. |
