Florida Vegetable Recipe
Corn Pudding

fresh corn |

eggs |
3/4 cup |
sugar |
1/2 cup |
milk |
1/4 teaspoon |
salt |
3 tablespoons |
flour |
3 tablespoons |
butter, melted |

Preparation |
Cut corn kernels off the cob; set aside. Spray cooking oil on 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix together eggs, sugar, milk, salt and flour. Combine approximately 1/3 each of the egg and corn mixture in a blender; blend and pour in baking dish. Repeat until all corn and egg mixture has been blended and poured in the baking dish. Pour melted butter over the corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until firm.
