Florida Vegetable Recipe

Radish Dip

Ingredients  
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup radish pureé
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dill, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  salt and pepper to taste
 
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve with chips or fresh vegetables. Makes a nice sauce for seafood.
