Florida Vegetable Recipe

Country Beans

Ingredients  
10 ounces minced bacon
1 onion, julienne
1 pound snap beans
24 ounces chicken stock
1 tablespoon butter
  salt and pepper
 
Preparation

Sauté bacon and onions in a medium sauce pan on medium heat. Then add snap beans, stock and butter. Cover with lid and cook until beans are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
