Florida Vegetable Recipe
Grilled Tomato Marinade

Ingredients |

1 teaspoon |
garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon |
shallot or onion, minced |
2 tablespoons |
olive oil |
1-1/2 tablespoons |
raspberry vinegar |

tomatoes cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices |

cracked pepper and salt to taste |

Preparation |
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a bowl. Lay tomatoes on a baking pan, then drizzle sauce over them. Grill on medium heat for 1 minute on each side. Serve.
