Florida Vegetable Recipe

4 cloves |
garlic, chopped |
1/4 cup |
fresh oregano leaves |
1/2 cup |
olive oil |

kosher salt |
|
freshly ground black pepper |
4 pints |
grape tomatoes (red and yellow) |

Preparation |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the tomatoes and toss. Pour into a baking dish. Roast uncovered for 40 minutes.

4 to 6 servings
