cucumbers, peeled and diced |
3/4 cup |
green onions, chopped |
3/4 cup |
fresh mint, chopped |
5 to 6 cloves |
garlic, crushed |
Preparation
Blend together yogurt, milk and salt. Add cucumbers, green onions, mint and garlic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
