Florida Vegetable Recipe

Florida Corn and Black Bean Appetizer

Ingredients  
Amount Ingredient
30 ounces fresh corn kernels, cooked
2  11-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
6 green onions, diced
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, diced
  garlic salt to taste
  fresh lime juice to taste
6-10 dashes balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
  salt to taste
  pepper to taste
 

Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Cover and chill. Serve with chips.
