Although not designed as a response program for disasters, many business assistance programs can still be of assistance in providing relief at those times. Assistance includes the Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, Rural Business Enterprise Grant Program, Rural Business Opportunity Grant Program, Intermediary Re-lending Program, and the Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant Program.
