Size: 4 - 10 inches long;

Nutrition:
Source of calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin C

Uses: Fresh, salads, desserts, milk shakes, ice cream, chutney, dried

Allow to ripen at room temperature until soft.
Flesh is reddish orange, smooth and very sweet with a distinctive flavor.
Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen (pulp).
