Size: 2 - 6 inches in diameter

Source of vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus

Uses: Fresh, desserts

Allow to ripen at room temperature until slightly soft (5 - 9 days).
Flesh is light to dark brown or reddish-brown, smooth to grainy, juicy with a very sweet flavor.
Best eaten fresh or may be refrigerated up to 3 days
