1/2 cup Florida sugar
1/2 cup dried cider vinegar
1 head Florida cabbage, sliced thin or grated (about 8 cups)
balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Florida fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
white pepper
Step one: Combine sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil and reduce to medium high heat until liquid measures 1/4 cup.
Step two: Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage and add low-fat sour cream. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
