3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 each Green, red, yellow bell pepper 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced) 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Remove stem and seeds from peppers; slice into strips. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add peppers and garlic and saute for approximately 3 minutes (peppers should still be somewhat firm). Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
